I love pleated skirts; I wish I had one in every color and length that I can think of. A midi pleated skirt is both classy and timeless but what can you do when you have a perfect one in an amazing shade of cream but it also happens to be 3-4 sizes bigger?! Here’s my solution: you just belt it just under the waist and gather the material in a ruffle type of thing and bam!!! you have a sophisticate high waisted skirt. I think it looks great, especially if you pair it with a simple black t-shirt and high heels.
